Entrance at the beginning of the day takes place via the usual training entrance. Later in the day (around 12.30), the main entrance will also be opened.
Cancellations
These must be notified to [email protected] no later than 18:00 the day before the competition day.
If you know you won't be coming, please let us know even earlier.
Cancellations during an ongoing competition are submitted to a specific person on the inner field or directly to competition manager Per Skoog.

Warm-up
Warm-up is possible in Frölundaborg (see picture above, it's situated 20 m from the indoor track) between 12.00-16.30. Code to Frölundaborg is 3636 + ok.
Note that warm-up will need to take place on a limited area.
We will also have a warm-up zone in Friidrottens Hus where the last part of the warm-up can be done.
Be sure to follow the instructions.
No warm-up may take place on the competition track during an ongoing competition.
Calling
Takes place 13 minutes before the start of each individual heat in the running events.
In the technical events this takes place at the competition site. In the high jump this takes place 15 minutes before the start of the event. For the shot put it will take place 40 minutes before the start of the event.
We will check competition clothing. International rules apply.
In the calling we will handing out a patch to put on the right side at events 400 m and longer.
Shoe rules
All active participants are urged to follow the school rules in place. Checks may be made in the calling.
The maximum sole thickness for shoes to be used for competitions in triple jump and running events of 800m or longer is 20mm (previously 25mm) from 1 November 2024.
You can always check whether a shoe model is approved for competition by searching the World Athletics list.
Advancement between heats and finals
Only times apply for further advancement. Everyone will have the opportunity to do two races.
Cancellations between heats and finals must be notified to facilitate the heat seeding according information above.
